Thomas|Genshaft was founded in 1999 by managing partner Pete Thomas who sought to establish a firm built entirely upon reputation – a reputation founded upon results. He eschewed traditional marketing and advertising efforts, relying instead upon hard work and word of mouth to spread his name throughout Colorado. He believed that his clients’ success would become his success. It didn’t take long before people began to take notice.
Over the past decade, Thomas|Genshaft has grown into an leading regional firm recognized for its impressive and continually expanding list of achievements. Unlike many high volume firms, however, Thomas|Genshaft takes an individualized and tailored approach to every case and every client. Due to our unique business philosophy and the high demand for our services, the firm is selective in its clientele and strictly limits the number of open cases it maintains at any given time.
