Thomas|Genshaft is recognized each year by the Colorado Supreme Court for its annual pledge to pro bono services. Every employee of the firm is encouraged to assume active involvement with community affairs, volunteer boards, non-profit entities and charitable organizations.
Thomas|Genshaft provides employees with paid time off when they volunteer their time to eligible human service and non-profit groups. To encourage support of educational institutions, Thomas|Genshaft matches all employee contributions made to any college or secondary school of their choice.
