Mr. Cramer has over 20 years experience in handling entity formation including multi-entity structures; mergers acquisitions and divestitures; private placements; real estate and asset-based finance. Mr. Cramer’s tax practice encompasses tax planning and compliance for a broad range of transactional matters, as well as, employee benefits and compensation, tax controversies and tax exempt entities. Mr. Cramer has handled numerous acquisitions, dispositions, financings and restructurings of various forms of entities and real estate, with transactional values up to $250 million.
Mr. Cramer has been practicing law for over twenty years. He received his J.D. and an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Miami. He represents clients throughout the U.S. and in Canada. Mr. Cramer is licensed in Colorado, New York, D.C. and Florida.
