EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Ms. Teehan is an associate with Thomas|Genshaft. Ms. Teehan’s practice is concentrated in civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property, and copyright litigation. She has experience representing small and emerging businesses and entrepreneurs in a range of industries, including food and hospitality, retail, product development and service industries. Ms. Teehan’ s experience in trademark law ranges from enforcement and maintenance of trademarks to sophisticated federal trademark litigation for national and international brands.
In law school at Georgetown, Ms. Teehan studied Intellectual Property, Historic Preservation, Natural Resources and Land Use law. In New York, Ms. Teehan was an active member of the New York City Bar’s Association’s Committee on Trademarks as well as a member of the Young Supporter groups of New York organizations including Lincoln Center for the Arts and the Central Park Conservancy.
